On behalf of the Tech Centre team, we are happy to announce the appointment of Naomi Firth as Customer Service Manager. Naomi is a highly experienced and dedicated customer service professional, responsible for internal and external client support, client relationship development and customer-centric system improvements. She will also support the Operations Director in strategic client-based operational projects.
